With the support from Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC Nepal), Himal Association is organizing Travelling KIMFF 2010 during June-November in six places of Nepal. Those places are:
1. Okhaldhunga, Sagarmatha (Eastern Hill)
2. Ramechhap, Janakpur (Central Hill)
3. Gaighat, Sagarmatha (Eastern Inner Terai)
4. Rolpa, Rapti (Mid Western Hill)
5. Dailekh, Bheri (Mid Western Hill)
6. Baitadi, Mahakali (Far Western Hill)
A special package of films will be taken for screening at the above mentioned places. Each places will have two days (six shows) of screening. The screening will be followed by an interaction program. Following films are to be screened during two days of screening:
1. Sherpas- The True Heroes of Mount Everst (93 min) by Frank Senn, Hari Thapa and Otto C. Honneger
2. In Search of the Riyal (88 min) by Kesang Tseten
3. Living by the River (24 min) by Manoj Pandey
4. Mother of 25 (40 min) by Ramesh Khadka
5. Climate change shorts (30 min): 10 short films by Nepalese youths
